Computer Proficiency
Communication skills
Answer inbound Customer Service calls and e-mails.
Excel Beginner skills
Create documents assisting with any customers issues.
Learn and retain product numbers (SKU) and product information.
Process online orders as well as inbound phone call placed orders.
Create Sales on inbound calls
Specific serial number orientation, attention to detail with numbers
Knowledge and Skills:
Above average communication skills and attention to detail.
