Brewer Cote of Arizona, an asphalt manufacturing company, is currently seeking part-time Front Office personnel to assist our customers and staff. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with the company and develop new skills allowing this to become a full-time position.
The general job duties are:
· Answer incoming Calls/Directing Calls to the Correct Person
· Answer Inquires
· Assist Customers with Orders, Complete Sales Slip, Collect Payment if Necessary
· Keep Necessary Tools Stocked in Office for Purchasing
· Light Cleaning
· Print Production Labels
· Contact Various Companies/Government Agencies to Inquire on Upcoming Bids (Complete process to obtain contract, get on vendor list, etc.)
· Create and Distribute Marketing/Promotional Materials – Monthly/Quarterly/Seasonal
