Job Description
UpFactors is a sales training and job placement agency with companies already lined up to hire new talent. We recruit and train smart hard-working people who are looking to transition into the highly paid world of tech sales, with no prior experience necessary. We’ll teach you everything you need to know!


  • Learn best practices in business-to-business and software-as-a-service sales, while developing a thorough understanding of the structures and practices of modern technology businesses

  • Identify sales prospects through inbound and outbound activities, and develop relationships with corporate decision makers

  • Through the internet, telephone, or in-person, give compelling presentations that highlight the strengths of a technical product and create a sense of purchasing urgency for the sales prospect

  • Through the use of Customer Relationship Management software, take detailed notes and maintain a consistent log of work activities

  • Negotiate and close sales contracts according to pre-determined rules

  • Maintain excellent relationships with co-workers, managers, clients, and other stakeholders

  • Be the public face of a growing business

  • Assist in the documentation of all job tasks, in order to develop new processes and assist in the training of new colleagues

  • Complete online training in your own time, while continuing to cover your life expenses during the training period

Our 12-week training program is delivered part-time and online, with no cost to you. All of our expenses are recovered through job placement fees from our corporate clients, and income sharing agreements where we recoup a small portion of your increased pay, after we’ve placed you into a great job at a growing technology company. Job Requirements
* Access to a computer and internet connection, and comfortable using both

* Permission to permanently live and work in the United States or in Canada

* Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages can be useful!

* The ability to relate to other people, regardless of their backgrounds or life circumstances

* A strong work ethic, with a willingness to consistently go above and beyond

* Ability to work independently, while knowing when to reach out for help
