•Grade 4: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience and a bachelor’s degree.
•Grade 5: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience and a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree.
•Grade 6: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience and a bachelor’s degree, or 1 year of professional experience and a master’s degree
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
•Must be self-directed, with a strong sense of urgency, impeccable customer service orientation, and ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks simultaneously
•Proven problem solver with demonstrated experience defining problems and offering solutions
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
•Ability to work as part of a decentralized team with minimal oversight
•Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
•Working knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirement for federal contractors, preferred.
•Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably TALEO, and talent sourcing tools
•Experience working with HRIS
