Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Manage strategies and processes for all customer sell out promotions, incentives, along with overseeing supplier co-op budget. Implement success measurements on these promotions while maximizing ROI of supplier budget. Accountable for driving growth through these initiatives and strengthening the U.S. AutoForce brand and reputation in the industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all customer promotions from creation and execution to attainment and post review of results.
  • Develop and measure key performance metrics to determine effectiveness of marketing promotions and incentives.
  • Manage supplier co-op budget process to ensure accountable use of funds, while maximizing available funds to return to profit.
  • Partner cross-functionally by collaborating with Marketing team, Product Management, Sales, and various department leaders to align on goals, and propose better ways of reaching desired outcomes to raise awareness of company marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess the ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently to complete assignments in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing tasks and demands, tight deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, ad hoc requests, and changing priorities.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of tire promotions marketing and sales experience
Highly organized, motivated, and strength in data management
Ability to manage several projects at once, originating from various sources
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing concepts and techniques
Self-starter who displays initiative, problem-solving skills & communication skills who can work well on their own or in a team environment
