A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A MILLWORK ENGINEER / DRAFTER
As a Millwork Engineer / Drafter, you enjoy the best of both the
creative and analytical worlds. Each day, you can be found drafting
customized products for both our residential and hospitality projects.
While drafting drawings for presentations and manufacturing, you use
your great attention to detail to ensure accuracy. You also generate CNC
machine programming and create shop drawings.
Though most of your time is spent on the computer, you enjoy
collaborating with the sales and project management teams to make sure
that projects are completed on-time, within scope, within budget, and
mistake-free. It is exciting to see projects through the design stage to
the manufacturing phase by engineering all components based on our
manufacturing standards and practices.
- AutoCAD and/or CabinetVision experience
- 2D and 3D designing experience
- Casework and millwork design and manufacturing experience
