Position: RV TECHNICIAN
Job openings are available at the following branch locations of Kaizen Collision Center across various states.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual. A Body/Paint Technician with previous RV body experience and ability to make repairs to damaged body panels of RV, including replacement, repair, fabrication, and painting of body panels, and occasional replacement of windows and windshields. Qualified candidates should be able to perform repairs on a variety of materials including, fiberglass, aluminum, steel, and composites. Candidates should also be proficient at spraying both single-stage and base/clear paint systems.
- Executes work orders while diagnosing and repairing recreational vehicle equipment and structures while determining the best product for repair.
- Keep track of parts and materials used in repair or replacement activities.
- Keeps supervisor apprised of work progress and ensures that the final work. product is inspected by a supervisor or designee.
- Performs related troubleshooting tasks based on skill level.
- Remove vehicle trim to gain access to the vehicle body
- Can properly fill depressions with body filler and ensure a quality repair
- Able to remove damaged parts using power tools and a cutting torch
- Bolt or weld replacement parts in position using power tools and welding equipment
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools
- Replace bolts on panels and align them properly
- Make cosmetic repairs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections to original specifications
- Able to develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job
