As a Shop Service Technician with MH Equipment you will perform prompt and complete repairs to lift trucks and equipment brought into the service shop for repairs.

•Diagnose & repair lift trucks and other identified products
•Perform only those repairs clearly and specifically authorized by the owner of the lift truck or product.
•Thoroughly document and assess the condition of the truck related to other repairs that are not part of the repair on quote
•Accurately account for all paid labor hours.
•Accurately account for all parts, shop supplies, misc. items used.
•Keep accurate documentation for all work performed.
•Keep a clean, organized work area. Clean up after your own messes.
•Maintain and return all company tools to the proper location.
•Adhere to all Company Policies and Work Rules
•Make repairs accurately and timely, with minimum required call-backs or re-work.
•Keep manager advised of all job status, charges, additional requirements, etc.
Working Conditions: Employee is expected to work forty hours per week plus overtime as required.
•A technical background is required
•Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, fuel systems, charging systems are a plus
•Must have own tools
•Must have communication skills and be able to complete accurate paperwork
•Must be able to meet the physical requirements of a Service Technician
•Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
•Regular and prompt attendance is required
•Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation
