Reports to: General Manager

Position Summary:

The Collision Technician repairs vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Kaizen Collision Centers S.O.P., insurance partner and industry guidelines/standards.

Responsibilities:

·       Work alongside an assigned body technician to learn how to perform quality service.

·       Performs safety inspections, minor repairs, and basic maintenance. · Tears the car down and puts it back together.

·       Assists technician with moving, fabricating, attaching, and aligning parts on the vehicle per estimate and according to manufacturer standards. · Picks up parts and follows up with special order parts from Parts Department as directed by technicians.

·       Helps keep work area clean and free of any harmful objects. · Maintains a high level of uniform appearance.

·       Completes all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
