Summary:
Sells food and beverages during events using POS system. Supports frontline and cooks.
Responsibilities:
· Greet guests, sell menu items in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner.
· Prepare items for sale, restock product, and maintain clean and orderly work area.
· Input orders into POS system, accept payment and calculate change accurately.
· Maintain proper stock of items to be sold at stand.
· Operation and maintain equipment used at concession stand.
· Follow proper cash out procedures.
· Clean and sanitize all food service equipment.
· Sweep and mop floors of stand after every shift.
· Communicate orders to keep a smooth workflow and maintain fast service.
· Adhere to all safety procedures pertaining to the stand and overall conduct.
· Regular attendance is an essential job function.
· All financial transactions and inventory must balance at end of shift.
· Request identification for guest purchasing alcohol.
· Attend all ASM Global Alcohol and Policy Training Classes.
· Position requires the ability to work at all ASM Global facilities in Wichita.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by Manager.
