Cover Letter - A cover letter which must include the term(s), course(s) and number of courses you are applying to teach. Specifically answer the questions:
Would you prefer a part time or full time appointment?
Would you consider an appointment that is part time (even if you prefer full time)?
UCSD operates on the quarter system and the academic year has three quarters. Fall quarter is late September through end of December; Winter quarter is January through mid March; Spring quarter is late March through late June. Which quarters are you available to teach?

Statement of Research (Optional)
Statement of Teaching - A statement that describes prior teaching experience, provides evidence of effective teaching, and makes clear which courses the application is qualified to teach. Providing student evaluations in this statement, or as a separate submission is strongly encouraged.
Statement of Contributions to Diversity - A separate statement that describes any teaching strategies you currently use or plan to use to foster a diverse and inclusive learning experience, and to enable all students to excel and fully participate in the learning process. Applicants should summarize their past or potential contributions to diversity. See our Faculty Equity site for more information.
