Job Requirements
Small set of hand tools and Steel Toed Safety Shoes are required.
Ability to effectively diagnose electrical equipment and make necessary repairs.
Ability to interpret drawings and schematics in troubleshooting electrical equipment. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to work independently with direct supervision.
Ability to anticipate, prepare, and plan ahead.
Ability to work with other people.
Ability to interpret the National Electrical Code and apply safe work installations.
Ability to perform some electrical construction when necessary.
Ability to speak and understand English at a level sufficient to comprehend basic instructions from supervisors; conduct basic interactions with other employees; and answer simple questions.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV,
previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
Must posses a valid Driver's License
