Responsibilities/Duties:
· Training Program Development and Management
· Learning Content Creation and LMS Support
· Performance Review Management and Career Development
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience considered.
· Two plus years of professional work experience in Human Resources/business administration, Organizational/Talent development, or similar
· Valid driver’s license and SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPLP certification preferred
· Ability to work confidently and collaboratively as part of a team
· Possess an understanding of instructional design and facilitation
· Possess a passion for employee and organizational development and engagement
· Ability to determine learning needs by assessment
· Superior attention to detail
· Skilled in applying sound judgement and decision-making
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Exceptional customer service skills with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
· Self-motivated with excellent project management skills
· Knowledge of performance management techniques
· Ability to provide individual contributor leadership in an effective and efficient manner
· Ability to maintain confidentiality with access to HR data
Salary Range: $60,800- 102,100 (based on home branch location) plus incentive opportunities
