A luxury hotel is looking for an Executive Banquet Chef to lead its high-volume banquet and catering culinary operations!
 
 
Requirements:
 

•  Minimum of 3 years of current Banquet Chef, Executive Banquet Chef, or similar leadership experience required
  - Strong luxury hotel banquet experience
  - Proven experience managing high-volume banquet and catering operations
  - Experience overseeing large weddings, conferences, galas, corporate events, and VIP functions
  - Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing large culinary teams
  - Excellent knowledge of banquet production, food quality, timing, and execution
  - Strong understanding of food cost, labor, ordering, inventory, and purchasing
  - Ability to maintain luxury standards while executing high-volume operations
  - Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  - Stable career history and demonstrated culinary leadership progression
