Position: Paint Helper
Job openings are available at the following branch locations of Kaizen Collision Center across various states.
Nebraska branch location:
- 14540 Grover St., Omaha, NE 68144
Position Summary: The Paint Helper assists the Painter in the refinishing process.
Responsibilities:
- Paint Preparation: Assist Paint technician by preparing vehicle and parts for painting using proper techniques, equipment, and materials.
o Remove grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicle surfaces.
o Apply paper and masking tape to protect non-painted surfaces.
o Assist Paint Technician with refinish operations as needed.
o Assist Paint Technician with Priming as needed.
· Paint Maintenance: Maintain all tools and equipment.
o Keep workspace clean and organized.
o Ensure the paint area, prep station, paint booth, paint storage and paint mixing area are clean.
o Ensure all refinish products are stored as directed.
o May help with general paint booth maintenance.
· Safety: Utilize all required safety equipment and follow proper refinishing procedures in compliance with OSHA safety guidelines. Wear and use the required safety equipment
(respirator, eye, and skin protectors), handle and dispose hazardous waste properly.
· Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Posted Pay is approximation & subject to change Depending On Experience (DOE)
