Summary:
Serve menu items according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO), clear tables after service and assists in breaking down events. Wait staff are the face of the Food & Beverage department and should have great customer service skills and a positive attitude. Position will also to be eligible to work additional shifts in concessions and bartending.
Responsibilities:

· Read Banquet Event Order (BEO) and know how to complete setup.
· Set tables in assigned area correctly and uniformly.
· Greet and serve guests following guidelines set by the policies/procedures regarding the service of food and beverage.
· Run plated food to distribution areas.
· Carry large trays with up to eight (8) plated meals from back service halls to tray jacks in the room.
· Assist Banquet Servers in setting up/breaking down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment
· Regular attendance is an essential job function.
· Position requires the ability to work at all ASM Global facilities in Wichita.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
