Position Summary
As a member of our Estate Liquidation Crew, you’ll help families and fiduciaries throughout Las Vegas Metro prepare, stage, market, and sell personal property—and, when applicable, assist with real‑estate–related tasks. Working under a Lead Liquidator, you’ll catalog assets, set up on‑site estate sales, guide buyers on sale days, and coordinate post‑sale clean‑outs. Candidates who already hold a Nevada Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (or are willing to earn one swiftly) are especially valuable; licensed team members may help with property showings and basic transaction support.
Core Responsibilities
Key Activities
30 % Inventory & Cataloging
Sort, research, photograph, and log household goods, collectibles, vehicles, tools, and more for pricing and marketing.
25 % Staging & Sale Setup
15 % Customer Service & Sales
Welcome buyers, answer questions, process payments (cash, card, or mobile), and assist with loading purchases.
10 % Marketing Support
10 % Real‑Estate Support (licensed only) Coordinate showings, gather disclosures, and liaise with title, escrow, or attorneys.
5 % Post‑Sale Clean‑Out
Box or donate unsold items, arrange charity pick‑ups, coordinate recycling/disposal, and leave premises broom‑clean.
5 % Admin & Compliance
Minimum Qualifications
High‑school diploma or GED.
Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work indoors/outdoors in desert or variable weather.
Basic computer/smart‑device skills (Google Workspace or MS Office, point‑of‑sale apps).
Professional communication skills and empathy when dealing with grieving families.
Preferred Qualifications
Active Nevada Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Prior experience in estate sales, real‑estate support, auctions, antiques, or retail merchandising.
Knowledge of antiques, collectibles, or pricing/valuation methods.
Schedule & Compensation
Typical schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 30–40 hrs/week; occasional evenings for online events.
+ Hourly pay $15–$21 DOE + higher starting rate for Nevada‑licensed agents.
